TERMS OF SERVICE

• Give me understandable references

→ (preferably visual references)

• Your contact information (including social media) must remain up-to-date for the duration of the commission's making

→ (any failure to update me on this will result in the commission being void if you do not contact me within a month of the commission's last WiP)
→ (the commission being void does not qualify you for a refund if a WiP was issued beforhand)

• Commissions are paid fully upfront (via PayPal only)

• Payment is due up to one week after the commission is accepted

→ (the commission will be void if no payment is made by then)

• No refunds after the commission's first WiP is issued
• Any edit requested outside of the feedback I ask is considered unwarranted, and will be charged for a percentage of the commission's original price

→ (payments for unwarranted edits are due on the day of their delivery, without which the commission will be void)

• I reserve all rights to the artwork I create, including distribution
• My artwork may not be edited in any way outside of personal use, including removal of the watermark

→ (the client will be given a watermark-free copy of the artwork for personal use exclusively)

• My artwork may not be used in any blockchain-related technology (including Non-Flushable Turds, cryptocurrency, AI-generated art of any kind, or future inventions in this space or the spaces adjacent to it)
